摘要

目的针对H公司P004型PVC革办公座椅在物流运输过程中易出现压痕损伤的问题,提出一种基于异质部件隔离与缓冲强化的包装优化方案。方法设计了金属五星脚独立约束箱与EPE组成的组合缓冲结构,通过设置6个试验组（对照组、约束箱、2 EPE、5 EPE、2 EPE/约束箱、5 EPE/约束箱）分别进行了振动试验和4种高度的跌落试验,量化分析PVC革表面的压痕面积与深度。结果在900 mm的跌落高度下,5 EPE/约束箱组的防护效果最优,PVC革面压痕面积为238.61 mm²,深度为1.32 mm,分别较原包装降低了81.1%和87.5%,且经过60 min随机振动试验后革面无压痕。结论该组合缓冲结构有效降低了异质部件间的动态冲击,显著提升了PVC革家具在物流过程中的防护可靠性,可为异型、多材质PVC革家具的运输包装设计提供了理论依据和工程参考。

Abstract

The work aims to propose a packaging optimization scheme based on isolation and cushioning strengthening of heterogeneous components to solve the problem that the P004 PVC artificial leather office seat of H company is prone to indentation damage during logistics transportation. The combined cushioning structure composed of metal five-star foot independent constraint box and EPE was designed. The vibration test and drop test of four heights were carried out by setting six test groups (control group, constraint box, 2 EPE, 5 EPE, 2 EPE/constraint box, 5 EPE/constraint box), and the indentation area and depth of PVC artificial leather surface were quantitatively analyzed. At the drop height of 900 mm, the protective effect of 5 EPE/constraint box group was the best. The indentation area of PVC artificial leather surface was 238.61 mm², and the depth was 1.32 mm, which was 81.1% and 87.5% lower than that of the original packaging, respectively. There was no indentation on the leather surface after 60 min random vibration test. The combined cushioning structure effectively reduces the dynamic impact between heterogeneous components, significantly improves the protection reliability of PVC artificial leather furniture in the logistics process, and provides a theoretical basis and engineering reference for the transport packaging design of special-shaped and multi-material PVC artificial leather furniture.
