目的针对现有乙烯清除材料在吸附容量与氧化效率方面的不足,本研究旨在通过构建吸附-氧化协同体系以实现性能突破。方法通过系统筛选多孔材料确定最优载体,采用浸渍法负载高锰酸钾以构建复合清除材料;利用乙烯清除实验及芒果保鲜实验系统评价其乙烯清除能力与保鲜效果。结果每10 g钙基5 Å分子筛负载5 g饱和KmnO₄溶液的复合材料性能最优,在优化条件下可实现150 min内将初始浓度为130 ppm的乙烯完全清除;XRD与BET表征证实高锰酸钾以亚纳米团簇形式高度分散于分子筛孔道内,负载后比表面积由435.85 m²/g降至161.41 m²/g,孔容由0.19 cm³/g降至0.083 cm³/g,微孔骨架保持完整。芒果保鲜实验表明,该复合材料能有效延缓果实后熟、降低腐烂率并保持果实硬度,其保鲜效果随添加量增加而显著提升。当添加量达每千克芒果40 g时,贮藏11 d后腐烂率降至22.7%、硬度保持在5.76 kg/cm²,显著优于空白组。结论成功构建了基于钙基5 Å分子筛的“吸附-氧化”协同体系。该材料展现出优异的乙烯清除效能与果蔬保鲜潜力,为开发高效乙烯清除剂提供了新策略。

Abstract

The work aims to address the limitations of existing ethylene removal materials in terms of adsorption capacity and oxidation efficiency by achieving performance breakthroughs through constructing an adsorption-oxidation synergistic system. Optimal porous materials were systematically screened to determine the most suitable carriers. Subsequently, they were impregnated with potassium permanganate to prepare composite removal materials. Ethylene removal efficacy and mango preservation effectiveness were evaluated through experimental tests. The 10 g calcium-based 5Å molecular sieve composite loaded with a 5 g saturated potassium permanganate (KmnO₄) solution demonstrated superior performance. Under optimized conditions, it completely removed ethylene from an initial concentration of 130 ppm within 150 minutes. XRD and BET characterization confirmed that potassium permanganate was highly dispersed as sub-nanoscale clusters within the molecular sieve pores. After loading, the specific surface area decreased from 435.85 to 161.41 m²/g, and the pore volume reduced from 0.19 to 0.083 cm³/g, while the microporous framework remained intact. The mango preservation experiment showed that the composite effectively delayed fruit ripening, reduced spoilage rates, and maintained fruit hardness. The preservation efficacy significantly improved as the loading amount increased. At a dosage of 40 g per kg of mangoes, the spoilage rate dropped to 22.7% after 11 days of storage, and the hardness was maintained at 5.76 kg/cm², which was significantly better than that of the control group. This study successfully developed a calcium-based 5Å molecular sieve-based "adsorption-oxidation" synergistic system. The material exhibits outstanding ethylene removal efficiency and potential for fruit/vegetable preservation, providing a novel strategy for developing high-performance ethylene removers.
