目的 针对商业航天新特点,研究适应批产卫星的储运测一体化产业模式,打破传统资源投入型发展方式在储运测环节面临的产能效率问题。方法 本文通过分析批产卫星对储、运、测环节的新需求,提出一种“储运测一体化”的创新服务模式,为大规模星座的高效部署与运维提供理论支撑和实践路径。结果 该模式通过流程再造、资源整合与信息化管理,实现三环节的无缝衔接与高度协同,可实现卫星周转时间有效缩短30%左右,储运测全生命周期成本降低了20%⁓40%。结论 经分析,储运侧一体化服务模式“以容器为单元,以数据为驱动”,可显著提升卫星批量化生产效率。
Abstract
In response to the new characteristics of commercial space, the work aims to explore an integrated storage, transportation, and testing (STT) industrial mode suitable for mass-produced satellites, to address the capacity efficiency issues faced by traditional resource-intensive development methods in the STT processes. By analyzing the new requirements of mass-produced satellites for storage, transportation, and testing, an innovative "integrated STT" service mode was proposed, providing theoretical support and practical pathways for the efficient deployment and operation of large-scale constellations. This mode achieved seamless connection and high coordination among the three processes through process reengineering, resource integration, and informatized management, potentially reducing satellite turnaround time by about 30% and lowering the full lifecycle costs of STT by approximately 20%-40%. Analysis shows that the integrated service mode on the storage and transportation side, "using containers as units and data as the driver", can significantly enhance the mass-production efficiency of satellites.
