目的 对比分析不同加筋集装箱板结构的模态特性,总结集装箱板的低中频模态调控规律,为相关集装箱结构设计及优化提供借鉴与参考。方法 建立常规无筋集装箱板结构模型,对其模态特性进行求解,随后基于模态叠加法,利用ANSYS软件,求解得到不同结构模型的动态响应结果,在此基础上,提出X型加筋集装箱板结构模型,归纳集装箱板结构的低中频模态调整规律。结果 通过对比不同集装箱板结构的动态响应结果可知,在无筋集装箱板基础上,通过加筋结构设计可最大提升固有频率增幅为22.2%以及降低振动传递量级的最大降幅为13.3%,有效优化了集装箱板的动力学性能,实现了集装箱板低中频模态调整的目标。结论 通过上述结构设计优化思想,结合板振动理论中明确筋条与板固有频率呈正相关,板在增加筋条情况下,可通过提升板弯曲刚度来提高板模态频率,实现集装箱板低中频模态调整的目标,为集装箱结构在复杂海洋物资运输环境下的高稳定性和优异振动抑制奠定了良好的基础。
Abstract
The work aims to compare and analyze the modal characteristics of different stiffened container panel structures, clarify the low-to-medium frequency modal regulation rules of container panels, and provide references for the design and optimization of related container transportation. Firstly, a conventional unstiffened container panel structure model was established. Second, its modal characteristics were solved. Then, based on the mode superposition method, ANSYS software was used to obtain the dynamic response results of different models. On this basis, an X-type stiffened container panel structure model was proposed to summarize the low-to-medium frequency modal adjustment rules of container panel structures. By comparing the dynamic response results of different container panel structures, it was found that on the basis of unstiffened container panels, the stiffened structure design could maximize the natural frequency increase by 22.2% and reduce the vibration transmission level by a maximum of 13.3%. This effectively optimized the dynamic performance of container panels and achieved the goal of low-to-medium frequency modal adjustment of container panels. Through the above structural design optimization idea, it is demonstrated that the modal frequency of container panels can be adjusted by adding stiffeners. In particular, the X-type stiffened container panel exhibits excellent dynamic characteristics in the low-to-medium frequency range, laying a solid foundation for the high stability and excellent vibration suppression of container structures in complex marine cargo transportation environments.
