摘要

目的为明晰柔性压力传感器在微型化进程中的发展趋势与核心挑战,并针对其在性能权衡、规模化制造、系统集成与长期可靠性等方面存在的瓶颈问题进行探讨。方法采用综述与对比分析的方法,系统梳理主流柔性压力传感器的传感机制、关键材料与核心微型化技术,并剖析了其应用现状。结果结果表明,将微结构设计与先进制造工艺相结合是实现微型化的关键技术路径。当前,不同传感机制的技术成熟度与应用潜力存在差异,且普遍面临着灵敏度与量程的内在权衡、制造工艺待优化等共同挑战。结论本文的分析揭示了该领域亟待解决的关键问题。未来研究应聚焦于新材料开发、多模态集成、自供能系统与人工智能算法融合,以突破现有瓶颈,推动其在智能医疗和人机交互等领域的深度应用。

Abstract

The work aims to elucidate the current development trends and core challenges in the miniaturization of flexible pressure sensors, and discuss key bottlenecks related to performance trade-offs, scalable fabrication, system integration, and long-term reliability. A systematic review and a comparative analysis were conducted to examine the sensing mechanisms, key materials, and core miniaturization technologies of mainstream flexible pressure sensors, along with their current applications. The findings revealed that integrating microstructural designs with advanced manufacturing processes constituted a core pathway toward miniaturization. While the technological maturity and application potential vary among different sensing mechanisms, pervasive challenges remained, including the intrinsic trade-off between sensitivity and measurement range and the need for further manufacturing process optimization. To address these challenges, future research should be directed toward developing novel materials, achieving multi-modal sensing integration, advancing self-powered systems, and incorporating artificial intelligence algorithms, so as to overcome existing bottlenecks and propel the in-depth application of flexible pressure sensors in fields such as intelligent healthcare and human-computer interaction.
