摘要

目的 针对传统烟草包装机械中的蜘蛛手行星轮系存在润滑剂更换困难、污染烟支风险大的突出问题,开展新型无油蜘蛛手传动原理及其运动特性研究。方法 通过构建无油蜘蛛手分散驱动的平行四边形机构联动模型,分析抓烟与交烟动作特征,研究机构死点成因及其规避方法。理论分析与模拟仿真相结合,探究不同生产速度下无油蜘蛛手吸爪的运动规律。结果 平行四边形机构联动模型通过机构错位排列,可有效保证蜘蛛手运动的连续性;空心轮轴与传动轮轴传动比为2,无油蜘蛛手吸爪在抓烟-交烟过程中可保持水平;吸爪速度随烟支生产速度增大而增大,抓烟位置吸爪与烟支速差减小有利于柔性交烟;实验测试表明,无油蜘蛛手的实际运动轨迹与理论轨迹高度一致,两者之间的最大绝对误差为2.67 mm,传动方案的优化并未对蜘蛛手的运动轨迹产生显著影响。结论 新型传动方案有助于提升烟支生产质量,可以为烟草包装机械的新型蜘蛛手烟支交接系统改进设计和绿色生产提供了重要的技术支撑。

Abstract

In response to the significant issues of difficult lubricant replacement and high risk of cigarette contamination associated with the planetary gear system in spider hands of traditional tobacco packaging machinery, the work aims to investigate the transmission principles and motion characteristics of a novel oil-free spider hand. The linkage model of parallelogram mechanism driven by oil-free spider hand was constructed, and the action characteristics of cigarette grabbing and cigarette handover were analyzed. The causes of mechanism dead point and its avoidance methods were investigated. Theoretical analysis was combined with simulation to explore the motion law of the suction claw in oil-free spider hands at different production speed. The parallelogram mechanism linkage model could effectively ensure the continuity of the spider hand movement through the dislocation arrangement of the mechanism. The transmission ratio between the hollow axle and the transmission axle was 2, and the oil-free spider hand suction claw could be kept horizontal during the process of cigarette grabbing and handover. With the increase of cigarette production speed, the speed of the suction claw increased, and the decrease of the speed difference between the claw and the cigarette was conducive to the flexible handover. Experimental tests demonstrated that the actual motion trajectory of the oil-free spider hand was highly consistent with the theoretical trajectory, with a maximum absolute error of 2.67 mm. The optimization of the transmission scheme did not significantly affect the motion trajectory of the spider hand. The new transmission scheme helps to improve the quality of cigarette production and provides significant technical support for the design improvement and green production of the cigarette handover system in the novel spider hand of the tobacco packaging machinery.
