摘要

目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法,同时测定婴幼儿食品包装材料中6种双酚A-二缩水甘油醚及其衍生物和3种双酚F-二缩水甘油醚及其衍生物含量的方法,为婴幼儿食品包装材料质量安全的管理和控制提供技术支撑。方法 样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0.15%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用多反应监测(MRM)测定,以保留时间和离子丰度比定性,外标法定量。结果 最优条件下9种双酚类环氧衍生物在0.002~4 mg/kg质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(R2)大于0.999,方法检出限为0.002~0.2 mg/kg。加标回收率为83.9%~99.1%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~8.5%。结论 文中方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高等特点,可用于食品包装材料中双酚类环氧衍生物的定性筛查和定量分析。

Abstract

The work aims to establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 6 bisphenol A diglycidyl ethers and their derivatives, and 3 bisphenol F diglycidyl ethers and their derivatives in infant food packaging materials, providing technical support for the quality and safety control of these materials. Samples were ultrasonically extracted with tetrahydrofuran. Separation was achieved by an Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column with a methanol-0.15% formic acid solution mobile phase under gradient elution. Detection was performed through multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Compounds were identified based on retention time and ion abundance ratio, and quantified with the external standard method. The 9 bisphenol epoxy derivatives exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.002-4 mg/kg, with correlation coefficients (R2) greater than 0.999. The method detection limits (MDLs) ranged from 0.002 to 0.2 mg/kg. The spike recovery rates were 83.9% to 99.1%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.0% to 8.5%. This method is characterized by simple pretreatment and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the qualitative screening and quantitative analysis of bisphenol epoxy derivatives in food packaging materials.
