基于CiteSpace的我国食品接触材料研究可视化分析

摘要

目的 系统梳理我国食品接触材料领域的研究现状、热点演化以及前沿趋势。方法 以中国知网1993—2025年5月间收录的728篇核心期刊文献及122项国家标准为样本,运用CiteSpace等软件对该领域的发文趋势、期刊分布、基金资助、研究力量、研究主题以及研究进程进行可视化分析。结果 我国食品接触材料领域的年发文量呈现波动上升趋势,主要载文期刊为《包装工程》,主要基金资助来源为“国家重点研发计划”;形成了以钟怀宁、朱蕾等为中心的稳定核心作者群,研究机构间合作也较为紧密。“迁移”是该领域的核心研究内容,其在关键词共现、主题聚类以及演变进程中均占据显著地位。结论 我国食品接触材料领域的发展呈现出多方面的积极态势,未来还应加强“迁移”相关理论与技术研究,构建全链条安全监管机制,为保障食品安全与公众健康提供科学支撑。

Abstract

The work aims to systematically examine the research status, hotspot evolution, and frontier trends in the field of food contact materials in China. A total of 728 core journal articles and 122 national standards, retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database spanning the period from 1993 to May 2025, were analyzed. Visualization tools, including CiteSpace, were employed to map publication trends, journal distributions, funding sources, research contributors, research themes, and developmental trajectories. The annual publications of research on food contact materials in China exhibited an overall upward trend with fluctuations. "Packaging Engineering" emerged as the primary journal, while the "National Key Research and Development Program of China" was the dominant funding source. A stable core group of authors formed, centered on scholars such as ZHONG Huaining and ZHU Lei, alongside strong collaborative networks among research institutions. "Migration" was identified as the central research focus, prominently reflected in key word co-occurrence, thematic clustering, and evolutionary trajectory analyses. In conclusion, the development of China's food contact materials field demonstrates multifaceted positive momentum. Future efforts should deepen theoretical and technical studies on "Migration", establish whole-process safety regulatory mechanisms, and strengthen scientific support for food safety and public health.
