摘要

目的 聚焦我国快递循环包装的可持续设计及商业模式创新,整合不同责任主体,提出突破快递包装绿色转型难点的建议,共同推动第二次“物流革命”。方法 梳理我国快递包装循环化政策发展脉络,从专利技术与文献研究相结合的角度,使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace工具可视化分析我国快递循环包装全生命周期中各阶段的可持续设计方向和未来趋势。总结商业模式创新和政策实施在环境效益和经济效益方面的实际效果,针对快递循环包装丢失率高、消费者参与度低、循环体系不完善等问题提出建议。结论 我国快递循环包装处于政策驱动的规模化推广阶段,通过建立回收联盟、强化技术标准、优化激励政策、场景试点等措施可推动快递循环包装从“成本中心”转向“价值创造中心”,突破现有瓶颈,加快“物流革命”进程。

Abstract

The work aims to focus on the sustainable design concept and business model innovation of express circular packaging in China, and integrate different responsible subjects to put forward suggestions to break through the difficulties of green transformation of express packaging, so as to jointly promote the second "logistics revolution". Firstly, the development context of China's express circular packaging policy was sorted out. Then, from the perspective of combining patent technology with literature research, VOSviewer and CiteSpace tools were used to visually analyze the sustainable design concept and future trend of each stage in the whole life cycle of China's express packaging. Finally, the actual effects of business model innovation and implemented policies in terms of environmental and economic benefits were analyzed and summarized, and relevant suggestions were put forward to solve the problems of high loss rate, low consumer participation and imperfect circulation system of express delivery. China's express circular packaging is in the stage of policy-driven large-scale promotion. By establishing recycling alliance, strengthening technology standardization, optimizing incentive policies and piloting the whole category + scenario + process, it can promote the transformation of express circular packaging from "cost center" to "value creation center", accelerating the second "logistics revolution" process.
