Abstract
The work aims to study the problems of E-commerce packaging, and put forward the countermeasures. Characteristics of E-commerce packaging were analyzed by reviewing literatures, conducting network researches and in other method. Its current prominent problems were analyzed based on the status of E-commerce packaging, and countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Through the in-depth study on the existing problems of E-commerce packaging, it is proposed to fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient packaging, excessive packaging, prominent environmental problems, excessive packaging specifications, poor user experience and other issues. To solve these problems, the government, packaging companies, express enterprises and E-commerce enterprises, etc. were required to work together to enhance the recycling rate and regulate the whole process of E-commerce packaging from the product packaging design, packaging material selection, packaging operation specifications, packaging standard formulation and other aspects, so as to improve the user experience continuously. There are still many problems existing in E-commerce packaging at this stage, only when all participants work together and coordinate to solve the problems can the E-commerce packaging return to nature, green and environmental protection, convenience and efficiency.
