Abstract
The work aims to research compound antibacterial properties of oregano, lemon grass and clove essential oil with aspergillus niger, herb cladosporium and chaetomium globosum as experimental strains. Aantimicrobial effect and antibacterial durability of three kinds of plant essential oils were researched by using filter paper diffusion method. The composite antibacterial properties of the compounds of any two among the three plant essential oils were explored by using three factors quadratic orthogonal rotating design. The optimal compound formula was determined finally. Major chemical components of the optimal combination of fungicide were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that: For aspergillus niger, the MIC of oregano, lemon grass and clove essential oils were 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.2% respectively. For herb cladosporium, the MIC of oregano, lemon grass and clove essential oils were 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.2% respectively. For chaetomium globosum, the MIC of oregano, lemon grass and clove essential oils were 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1% respectively. The best ratio of oregano and lemon grass essential oil was 1:1, and the FIC value was 0.75 which showed additive effect. In conclusion, antimicrobial effect of oregano and lemongrass essential oil compound was most prominent. The carvacrol and citral did not have chemical reaction.
