Abstract

The aim of this work was to raise the detection level and study the model of the uncertainty evaluation method of solvent residues in laminated films and pouches. Solvent residues were tested according to the standard GB/T 10004—2008 "Plastic laminated films and pouches for packaging-dry lamination and extrusion lamination", The sources of uncertainty of the test result were evaluated and quantified according to some relevant standard and document. The result of the total solvent residues of sample in laminated films and pouches was expressed as: (22.40+1.421)mg/m2, k=2, P=95%.The result of the benzene series solvent residues of sample in laminated films and pouches was expressed as: (1.748+0.090 06)mg/m2, k=2, P=95%. The result showed that the uncertainty by fitting regression calibration line had the largest affect to the determination result. The uncertainty evaluation results can be used as one of the accuracy index of the test result.
