Abstract
Metal forming machinery actuator was designed using the graphic method, and simulation modeling and analysis were conducted for the actuator based on ADAMS and Pro/E. According to the force measurement of each hinge, typical components were selected as the flexible components. Flexible replacement of rigid components was conducted in the flexible module of ADAMS, and the punch displacement, velocity, acceleration, crank torque curves were compared. The results showed: during the high-speed operation, the driver speed was 360 (° )/s, the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the punch were affected by the flexible components. There was obvious influence on the velocity and acceleration curves, while relatively insignificant influence on the displacement curve. And the stability of the actuator was also affected. When designing high-speed mechanism, the influence of flexible factors on the motion characteristics of the mechanism should be considered.
