Abstract

It takes the digital intangible cultural heritage as the soft power of a city, making it an important carrier and means of city image communication. Taking Enshi as an example, the intangible cultural heritages such as traditional music, traditional dancing, folk fine art, traditional crafts and folk custom are formed into the audio and video oral history by some methods of digitization to build the digital graphics database, the virtual process and demo scene, and the digital virtual museum. Culture is the soft power of city competition, the intangible cultural heritages are the cultural gene of city, and cultural symbol of city image. If we make the intangible cultural heritages digitalization, and effectively communicate them by combining city image. It not only can declare the humanistic spirit of the city, shape the city brand, but also more conducive to the continuation of the urban context.
