Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the color reproduction quality process control method of digital printing machine using silk as the printing substrate. The effects of process control node field density, tone reproduction and gray balance on the color of inkjet printing were analyzed in detail. The essence of the various influencing factors and the control methods were analyzed through theoretical analysis and summarizing practical experience, in order to improve the reproduction quality. Based on the research of process control methods, the key factors affecting the quality of inkjet printing were obtained, and the corresponding optimization of color quality control method was put forward. By comprehensive analysis of the relationship among the control nodes, the feasibility and precision of the method were verified, which provides valuable reference for the intelligent, high-quality and highly reliable cross-media color reproduction.
