Abstract

In order to furniture′ s group optimization with 32 mm system, the methods of the based modules′ variant design is proposed. The concepts of the core module,based modules and variant design are defined. According to the group technology, the similarity and associated degree of each module are analyzed, the based modulesamples, the specific design process is clarified. The machining time of core modules hole before and after the variant design of the cabinet furniture is compared to verify that the base modules variant design method is effective.
