Abstract

To quantitatively analyze the cost composition and economic benefits of industrial package recycling. The economic benefits of industrial package recycling within the service life was analyzed by constructing the combined cost model of industrial package recycling, which took into account the design cost, purchase cost, transport cost, stock cost and recovery cost, and the model was verified by analyzing an actual case. In the actual case study of the company, during the service life of 6 years, the total cost of wooden pallets was 212.28 Million RMB without recycling, while the figure was 120.488 Million RMB with recycling, which meant that recycling saved 91.792 Million RMB. In the service life of industrial package, a good recycling processing could bring enterprise economic benefits, and meanwhile produce ecological benefits and social benefits.
