Abstract

Objective To optimize the curing conditions of antenna of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) printed by screen printing. Methods Curing time and curing temperature were discussed and analyzed through orthogonal experiment in this research, the temperature characteristics of antenna’ s resistance was explained using the tunneling barrier model. We analyzed the influence of different curing time and curing temperature on the conductivity of antenna of RFID. Results With the increase of curing time and curing temperature, the resistance of antenna was decreased at first and then increased. Conclusion When the curing time was 20 minutes and the curing temperature was 150 ℃ , the lines of the antenna of RFID were clear, the edge was smooth and there was no adhesion, the average resistance of the antenna was the smallest, and the conductivity was the optimal.
