Abstract

Objective In view of the low automation degree of current electrode packaging, the underdeveloped technology, and the high price of the imported electrode packaging production line, the HBB20 semi-automatic electrode packaging production line was designed and developed. Methods According to the requirements of the production process and product technology, the technical process of HBB20 semi-automatic packaging production line was designed from the aspects of metrology, testing, small packaging, transparent film packaging, packing and other devices, to transform the single machine production into the automatic production line production, and the components and the working principle of the transmission section of the small packaging device and the stations before and after were analyzed. Conclusion The results showed that the electrode packaging production line could greatly reduced the material cost and manual operation, reduce the measurement error, and improve the production efficiency.
