From the quality supervision on the plastic food package, quality problems of plastic food package were found. Through the investigation on the production process, the influencing factors of residual solvent amount in the production process including the printing process, dry-lamination process, and the ripening process, were systematically summarized. The preventive and corrective measures were put forward.
