Abstract

A new propeller type packaging structure for red wine was put forward aiming at the single packaging structure on the market. Sizes of the propeller type packaging structure were obtained by calculation. 3D modeling of the packaging structure was established using Pro/ E software. Drop simulation was carried out by introducing to 3D model into ANSYS/ LS-DYNA environment. The packaging structure was optimized through comparing simulation results with the product fragility analysis.
