Abstract

Current leakage detection technology for blister packaging has the defects of the waste of products, low working efficiency, and low automation level. In order to solve the problems, an intelligent leakage detection equipment of the blister packaging was developed. The primary hardware of the equipment concludes laser displacement transducer, data acquisition card and PC. The software development platform is based on the mixed programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB. The experiment results showed that this equipment has the features of nondestructive testing, high efficiency, and intelligent detection.
