Abstract

The key part of automatic ceramic tile packaging line, four corners protection device of ceramic tile group was designed to meet the automatic packaging demand of ceramic tile. Oscillating block mechanism was applied to problem of corner packaging. Matlab optimization toolbox was applied for optimization. The design was proved to meet the actual requirements well.
