The space utility rate problem of boxed instant noodles was analyzed. The defects of the existing space saving package of instant noodles were discussed from the aspects of material, systematic design, and stability. A kind of square foldable structure which can enhance space utilization efficiency was designed from the inspiration of the cover structure of tetra brick. The structure can guarantee high space utilization efficiency from the aspects of technicality and design integrity.
