The viscosity and printability of cold bronzing glue in offset line has significant influence on cold bronzing quality. The viscosity and printability of cold bronzing glue was analyzed through experiments. Test plate of cold bronzing in offset line was designed and the process parameters were obtained through test. The purpose was to provide references for selection of cold bronzing glue and determining the process parameters of offset line cold bronzing.
