Abstract

Aiming at the insufficient strength problem of frame for SKD transport packaging of car body found in random vibration analysis, optimal design of the angle and size of the frame ribs was carried out using Design Explore.The optimal solution was obtained. The redesigned frame structure meets the requirements of strength and deformation.
