Based on the robust design theory of responsive surface model, simulation analysis of arch structure unit was carried out using ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software. The main parameters of wall thickness B and arch height H were selected, and the data influencing buffer performance of the arch structure unit was obtained. The data was processed by using MATLAB software, two order model of responsive surface model was fitted, and the optimal combination of design parameters was determined.
