Packaging effects on the storage reliability, success of completing mission and service life directly. The packaging actualities, classification, and protection class of military electronic equipment were introduced. The characteristics of military electronic equipment and the relevant packaging requirements were analyzed. The concrete requirements for packaging design and packaging process and the contents of quality test were discussed. The purpose was to provide reference for packaging design and packaging test of military electronic equipment.
