Abstract

Specific WPC pallet was taken as an object of study. The possible failure modes of the pallet were analyzed considering the pallet structure and combination pattern. The evaluation indexes were determined through experimental study based on the actual bearing capacity. The structure models were established in Ansys Workbench environment and two failure modes were simulated. The bearing characteristic of over-all structure and bolted connection under static bending was analyzed. The performance of material and rationality of design was verified through further analysis.
