The physical and chemical properties and toxicity of bisphenol A was introduced. The influence of bisphenol A in food packaging materials on food safety and harm to human body health was analyzed. The migration mechanism and the influence of time, temperature and pH value on migration rule of bisphenol A in polycarbonate was summarized.
