The causes of relaxation and crease of carton cellophane in GDX2 packer were analyzed. A non-contact package beautifying device was designed based on the principle of hot air drying. The device is composed of heater, temperature control detector, turnover mechanism, and protective devices etc. The carton cellophane was shrinkwraped through hot air to improve the quality of appearance. The device can be widely used for cellophane paper packaging in food, medicine, gifts and so forth, it has practical significance in improving product packaging quality.
