Abstract

Static contact analysis of gravure printing system was carried out in the environment of finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The printing pressure distribution along the roller was obtained. Further contrasting the pressure distribution while the printing system was applied with different load conditions, the effects of external loads and rubber hardness in the same roller structure were acquired. The research results showed that the pressure distribution is more homogeneous when the external load is smaller and the rubber hardness is lower.
