The study progress on determination and migration research of nano-composition in nano-composite food packaging was reviewed. The pre-treatment methods, morphology characterization, and content detection methods, as well as migration of nano-compositions were discussed. The purpose was to provide reference for further theoretical and experimental researches on nano-composite food packaging.
