A new type of paper cushion packaging liner was developed, which was mainly made from corrugated cardboard and honeycomb. The process flow of the paper cushion packaging liner was determined by analyzing its structure characteristics and performance. The processes of paper cushion packaging liner's processing included raw materials supply and transfer, sizing, and automatic molding. Its key segments were the design of automatic molding equipment and the choice of coating equipment. The paper cushion packaging liner has good cushioning properties, and can achieve large-scale production. The purpose was to provide reference for promoting application of paper cushioning material.
