Abstract

Influencing factors of RFID tag's identification performance were analyzed with inkjet principles. The influence of trapping rate and substrate temperature on RFID tag's identification performance was studied. Experiments showed that with increase of trapping rate, the continuity of the conductor is improved, the line thickness and width become larger, and the identification performance is also improved; as temperature increases, the continuity of conductor is also enhanced, the surface is more smooth, and the line width first increases and then decreases.
