Abstract

In view of the phenomenon that domestic external packaging for custard-pie has different protection performance, tests were carried out rapidly on aluminum composite film for various brands custard-pie packaging by packaging testing machines and data analysis platform to get quality control indexes, such as mechanical properties, barrier property, residual solvent and so on. These equipments were internet of thing and informatization. The experimental data were compared. The reason of quality difference of various aluminum composite films was analyzed combining with the custard-pie characteristics and production technology. The purpose was to provide valuable reference for quality control of external packaging of custard-pie.
