Abstract

Detection condition for phthalate was established by using standard phthalates as study objects including dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The accuracy of the method was analyzed. The results showed that three kinds of phthalate can be well separated with a mobile phase of methanol water in gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, in which wavelength 225 nm, column temperature 30 ℃, sample amount 10 μL; under the selected conditions, the correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.999 96~0.999 98 when the concentrations of the analytes are between 0.5~100 μg/mL; the relative standard deviation of retention time is between 0.0314%~0.0389%; the relative standard deviation of peak area is between 0.0942%~0.353%; the detection limit of DMP, DEP, and DBP is 0.0228 μg/mL, 0.0277 μg/mL, and 0.0489 μg/mL respectively.
