Abstract

The structure of ink-cup automatic transfer printer was designed. The equipment has simple structure, high speed, and meets the requirements of environmental protection. Using modern mechanical design and motion simulation design methods, the equipment was designed focus on the following two parts: printing head mechanism design, added-ink and scraped-ink mechanism design. Printing head moves up and down vertically by crank-rocker mechanism to transfer the printing graphics. The work-bench moves back and forth intermittently by incomplete gear mechanism to added-ink and scraped-ink. Great improvements were made on the base of existing transfer printer, which make the printing process more quickly and accurately.
