The label principle of labeling machine for rectangular bottle was analyzed. The movement track of rectangular bottle in labeling process was fitted with Matlab 7.0 according to the label principle of rectangular bottle. The labeling model of rectangular bottle was established with ADAMS software and the simulation trajectory of rectangular bottle was obtained through simulation. Through the contrast of theoretical track and simulation track, characteristics and validity of movement track of rectangular bottle was analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for design of three sides labeling mechanism of rectangular bottle.
