According to the force condition of quickly assembling box in hoisting process, a mechanical model of quickly assembling box cover was established by using superposition method and trigonometric series. The relationship between horizontal load and deflection and rotation angle was studied. The deflection and rotation angle expressions when force is acting on the cover were obtained. The purpose was to provide reference for structure design and calculation of quickly assembling box.
