Based on the bundled mode, physical models of the strap in steel plate packaging were established and the mechanical properties were studied. The calculation and analysis of packaging strap stress was discussed and methods were put forward to make the steel plate packaging more effective. Meanwhile, a finite element analysis of the steel plate packaging based on Hypermesh 10.0 was made. The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for steel plate bundled packaging design.
