An automatic machine which pastes the EPS and plastic hollow plate or corrugated board together was designed and developed to realize automation of tape pasting for various sizes of cushioning pad. This design can solve the problems happened during pasting, such as tape deviation, too high stress of tape, poor pasting and so on. Actual application showed that ingenious and reasonable design of this machine makes it convenient to operate and easy to control the quality of product and it greatly improves working efficiency.
