Unusual folding carton structure is irregular in shape; it is difficult to realize appropriate automatic dimension. A new method of design ideas and solutions about automatic dimension of package carton was put forward, which was based on OpenGL technology with some sealed functions and parameter analysis. The result showed that this method is able to meet the demand of integrality and reasonable layout for all kinds of dimension of unusual folding cartons.
