Research status of plastic film permeability test device based on differential pressure method at domestic and abroad was reviewed. The main factors influencing test performance of text device meeting national standard were analyzed. It was concluded that single-sealed structure can not meet the requirements of high barrier film permeability test. The way to deal with the measurement of high barrier property test was proposed.
