Abstract

The design of feeding system with 3 level feeding method containing thick feeding, medium feeding and fine feeding was introduced, to minimize the influence by residues on system precision in feeding control process. In medium feeding process, self-revised prediction model was established to revise the feeding amount in advance, to make setting values close to the actual measurement values, which reduce the influence of residues on feeding system precision, and ensure that the amount of fine feeding has a smaller quantity. The contradiction between the accuracy and speed of the weighing system was solved with this method.
