Key Risk Identification and Control in the Turnover Aviation Parts Supply Chain Based on SCOR-SNA

Key Risk Identification and Control in the Turnover Aviation Parts Supply Chain Based on SCOR-SNA

Abstract

To address the high mobility, multi-stakeholder closed-loop turnover and complex risk transmission of turnover aviation parts supply chains, the work aims to identify and control key risks from the relational dimension. From a stakeholder perspective, the supply chain operations reference model (SCOR) was adopted to extract risk factors, and a social network analysis (SNA)-based assessment model was constructed to analyze risk correlations and interaction mechanisms. Key risk nodes and transmission paths were quantified by measuring and calculating relevant indicators to propose targeted control measures together with evaluation methods for implementation effects. 7 stakeholder types and 29 risk factors were identified and a 74-node closed-loop risk network was established, with a density of 0.189 6, an average path length of 2.170 and a reachability of 0.733, featuring high transmission efficiency and stable subgroups. In total, 22 key risk nodes were determined via multi-indicator analysis. A 56.6% reduction in network density after key risk control validated the effectiveness of the proposed strategies. Aiming at the pain points of risk transmission in the closed-loop supply chain of turnover aviation parts, this work verifies that the control of key risk nodes can effectively suppress the risk network transmission of the turnover aviation parts supply chain. It provides theoretical reference and methodological support for the systematic identification and control of risks in the turnover aviation parts supply chain.
