Industrial Game and Governance Optimization of Collaborative Innovation in Healthy Nutritional Food Packaging

Abstract

The work aims to address collaborative issues between packaging and food enterprises in collaborative innovation, explore key pathways for enhancing packaging innovation efficiency, and provide theoretical support for packaging industry modernization. Based on the collaborative innovation theory and interest structure analysis, this study innovatively constructed an evolutionary game model across four dimensions: intellectual property definition, technology transfer, risk sharing, and benefit distribution. Replicator dynamic equations were used to analyze strategy evolution, and MATLAB numerical simulation was employed to reveal influence mechanisms. The evolutionary game had five equilibrium points, with (0,0) and (1,1) as evolutionary stable strategies. System evolution depended on the relative magnitude between active strategy benefits and "free rider" benefits. Simulations showed increased additional benefit coefficients promoted collaborative innovation, while increased costs, improper risk sharing, and imbalanced distribution led to inefficient equilibrium. Sensitivity analysis indicated that benefit coefficients had the most significant impact on system evolution, and the optimal risk-sharing ratio was around 60% for packaging enterprises. In conclusion, clarifying intellectual property, bidirectional technology transfer, reasonable risk sharing, and improved benefit sharing constitute key pathways for improving packaging innovation efficiency. It is required to establish a systematic property rights system, promote packaging technology sharing, innovate in collaborative regulatory models, and build multi-party governance mechanisms.
