To address the issues of poor stability, skewing and blockage during the transportation and accelerated conveying of the trademark paper by the GDX500 soft box packaging machine, the work aims to design a conveying device that uses positive and negative pressure to transport the trademark paper. The original pressure wheel conveying mechanism was replaced with a negative pressure suction belt conveying mechanism and a jet acceleration mechanism was designed to achieve the accelerated conveying function of the trademark paper, and the design of the transmission system was completed. A mechanical control valve was designed with the original installation support to automatically control the on-off of the airway, simplifying the structure and improving the operational stability of the device. When the "Yuxi (Soft)" brand cigarettes produced by Yuxi Cigarette Factory were used as the test object, the application of the trademark paper conveying device increased the operating efficiency of the machine by 6.28%, reduced the number of trademark paper or cigarette package conveying blockages by 79.62%, and decreased the defect rate from 34.68 packs/h to 3.75 packs/h. The device significantly improves the conveying stability of trademark paper in the GDX500 soft box packaging machine, providing technical support for enhancing the machine efficiency and product quality.
