Design of Packaging Box Measurement and Control System Based on Commercial Satellite Batch Transportation

Abstract

The work aims to design a new packaging box measurement and control system that adapts to the batch transportation mode with multiple stars and multiple boxes for single shipment. By improving the networking form, upgrading the monitoring mode, and optimizing the measurement and control software, a packaging box measurement and control system that was suitable for batch transportation of multiple transportation modes such as highways, railways, sea freight and air freight was achieved. Through functional test, environmental test and full process simulation test, it was verified that multiple devices could be monitored simultaneously, transportation data could be continuously collected throughout the entire process, and monitoring data reports could be quickly generated to meet usage requirements. The new packaging box measurement and control system provides multiple users online, unified management of multiple devices, remote mobile monitoring and other services, reliably ensuring the batch transfer transportation of satellites from the research and development base to the launch base.
