Abstract

The work aims to assess the comprehensive benefits of different packaging schemes for cigarette distribution, achieve the optimal efficiency of cigarette distribution in multi dimensions and promote green transformation of the tobacco industry. DEMATEL and super-efficiency DEA models were integrated to construct a comprehensive benefit evaluation model for green packaging in cigarette distribution. Firstly, the DEMATEL model was used to analyze the factors affecting the comprehensive benefits of green packaging in cigarette distribution and their interactions, and establish an input-output indicator system. Then, the super-efficiency DEA model was employed to evaluate the relative efficiency of different packaging types. The research results showed that the DEMATEL-super-efficiency DEA model could effectively evaluate and distinguish the comprehensive benefits of different green packaging schemes, and identify the optimal packaging schemes with comprehensive benefits in multiple dimensions such as economic, social, environmental and energy efficiency. The research results provide decision support for optimizing green packaging in cigarette distribution and promote the development of distribution packaging towards more environmentally friendly and efficient directions.
